He say original. If i buy my 'local', only $22. Oh well. Charging voltage should be okay ah. I think later in the morning i will double check with my multimeter.

Cut the wires and dont go back..

Cut what wires bro? What you mean? Haha.

what i understand is...if the connector is not suitable...remove connector and get the correct connectors for joining wires..or just splice wires.

but you have to be careful...high current is going through these wires...wrong wires size..insulation..or badworkmanship will lead to a burnt connctions ..

My tachometer spoil, my auxiliary light and fuel gauge light bulb blown. Should i replace them? As is, will there be any problems in the future? Not really important la all of them.

If you still scared it will burnt i can wire you a voltage regulator..

Is the voltage regulator the same as a voltage stabiliser like the one you posted before?

Voltage regulator will keep voltage output to your cluster at 12v-13v even though the input goes 19v..

after the rectifier output....

but you see your rectifier is actually a voltage regulator...so adding another is ...waoh...double protection?

i ks....also have voltage regulator on my bike...

after installing ..bike easier starting and bike performs better.

ps get the correct size regulator...over size...waoh...may end up worse than before

Not wiring after rectifier.. Wiring only at the voltage sensative electical.. So the next time your rectifier fail, you dont have to change so many things..

Voltage regulator doesnt increase performance of any sort.. Just limiting the voltage to 12v..

Yeah i received your PM man... I was thinking attach it to the whole 'bulbs area'. Do you have the schematic for a voltage regulator?

it does....

it has a bank of capacitors that will store up energy..

and when you need more electrical energy..as when you accelerate..the capacitor energy will help to suply more energy...

i am very happy with my votage regulator....more responsive engine in an instant...

yours may be different..

I wonder how a tiny teeny weeny little capacitor can do to improve the performance of a ybr.. Damm.. I should be selling it and earn big bucks..

Those are voltage stabilizer.. Not a voltage regulator.. Theres too many voltage stabilizer and ignition booster in the market made by our fellow singaporean.. Thats why i rather put up a tutorial rather than selling it.. My product shift-assist is already good enough and its the only asian made in the market..
