guys, can anyone help me.

 

i just got fine for parking at the side of the road beside my lift where there is no line or double line indicated on it.

 

The climax is, i went up to collect something and went down in 30 minutes and i realised i got fine for $25 so i appeal immediately within 1 hr and my appeal was rejected.

 

i don't mind paying for the fine if it my wrong but the thing is i got fine just because i park on the side of the road for awhile cause im gg up to take something. So unlucky that parking warden came after i went up.

 

Also, im a season ticket holder, why will i not park at the lot if im parking overnight correct?

Parking at the side of the road is wrong bro. You are clearly required topark at legally provided parking spaces. Anyway if your appeal is rejected, nothing can be done just suck thumb and pay.

No use must pay..i kena TM MCD behind there... $100 fine by Tamp town council appeal twice oso kena reject... Suck nipple and pay...hais..

ya lor basically u see all comments say no choice just pay up. i got 1 time also like tat. parked in a season parking lot without any parking ticket or whatever. go up abt 1 hr come down also kanna 4got how much. not the normal 8 bucks. but i appeal also say i need go up for something urgent. lucky kanna waive. but if happen kanna reject i also prepare to give le. no choice 1 lor. good luck

$25 fine rules is "Parking outside of motor lots". i think i rember correct.. so they can jus fine anywhere outside the lot in the road.. i guess they cant fine u when u park under ur block bcos that is town counsil's job..
