so wat should i tell the mech to do ? use Liquid Moly Valve cleaner, and CLS BOnd with X-1R in eo with grade 10/40W mixed with viscosity enhancer or use 20/50W??

 

all u purchase at most of bikeshop and spareparts shop:)

U need to buy:-

-Liquid Moly Valve cleaner(add on petrol tank)

-CLS BOnd

-X-1R Oil(i have show at here before:) )

-10W-40 OR 20W-50

-viscosity enhancer(such as STP, to make the oil thicker)

 

Note:

CLS BOnd + X-1R + [EO 10W-40 + viscosity enhancer or 20W-50]=Engine oil for your bike:)

Yoshi sound nice.

the speed is the same, useless u play the sprocket ratio.

 

 

These items are all DIY stuff...eo and liquid moly no problem. I doubt any mech can get them. PM me if you want to do this first before deciding on piston ring changes.

i am an ex-GPR user and currently using yoshi now.. got hell lot of difference.. In terms of endcan's weight, GPR is a lot more heavier than yoshi.. Yoshi's length is longer also.. Comes to playing pickup, GPR confirm lose to yoshi.. i tried my pickup after installing yoshi.. the differenece is immediate.. can feel it man.. GPR's sound very nice.. but no strength, tat's y it is cheapest among all the legal exhaust around...

bro.. better let a mechanic check.. tell them all the symptons bah... one time fix up everything.. (i think the black smoke is from ur exhaust's carbon) and if there is excess of white smoke, that means EO kena ur piston there liao.. (correct me if i am wrong)

Now this is more specific and clearer a symptom of piston oil ring gone liao..not all four but may one or two. This is due to bad quality eo, eo never changed on schedule and previous rider whacking bike. For this, I suggest you have a top overhaul (head only and just change piston ring). Afetr that, use X-1R or CLS Bond or both to sustain engine performance. If you don't have a good mech..pm me, may be I can check with the one I know if they would want to do your bike..but do find a good one.

just a notice to inform fellow biker who help me solve my bike Eo leakage prob, i just push my bike to motodiam, and this time is full overhaul... i think i ram the rpm too high till damage some part in the engine, and they are going to TEAR down my whole engine and find the fault. *sniff* i can only know the fault and the price of repair tml... and once again, thank everyone

my S4PB1 also like that, around 1.8K(done at XiFu)

mmm..personally i think xi-fu charge more and more ex liao leh..last time i change spark plug there for RM 64 only..last week nsrr150slowrider go in change.. he sae RM64 + RM15(labour charge).. in the first place he only tell us RM64 plus installation.. suddenly add one rm15.. but we dun hv enough rm so he charge us same 64

Depending on what they do and how honest they are. Skill and quality work is one thing but they can name their price at any level. I can say is that you better have around $1.2K ready AT LEAST. Likely parts will be Piston ring set, corn rod bearings, cruncher pins (top and bottom).

 

Hope the sound you described is not anything from the valves train assembly..if so..prepare more $$$s Also check with them if the cyclinder wall is badly scratched. Do visit them often when you can to see what they are doing and to show the damged components to you. Btw..its an opportunity to have your cam (timing) chain (if you have one otherwise, your model is using "cam gears") and tensional slippers replaced.
