If its white smoke and drip water in morning when u start bike, thats normal and heallthy. Thats water vapor which vapourise when ur bike warms up.

If its normal temperature and bike produces white smoke, most slightly is piston rings wear off. And engine oil leaks thru and enters combustion chamber and burns off together as petrol and produces the white smoke. Due to this compression level will drop and bike will be less powerful, not very noticible if slight drop in compression level. Its only time to overhaul when the power drop is very obvious, other wise its not serious, not worth the money to open up and change piston rings. By the way, as mentioned before, when u change the ring, might as well change the pistons together since open up already. Or else next time change again waste labor charges.

U planning to do? Usually even if u ask bike shop people, they will say, they cannot tell u an exact price. Because once open up, if they see more problem the repair cost will be higher, cannot be open up already don't do, becos u pay money and end up not repaired.

They can only estimate. I guess should be under $1k for piston rings and piston. If u doing valve clearence or change other things like timing chain etc wuill be more ex. Valve clearence I dont think much mechanics knows how to do in singapore, or they simply open up and close back say do already.

Maybe got time can meet up la, see whether your case serious or not. Or else not worth doing it. Just ride first until compression drop until very jialat then do.

Only when u rev it above certain rpm or during low rpm also white smoke?

Check your engine oil frequently, if it disappear a lot everytime u check, then it burns a lot of engine oil and the piston ring wear is quite serious.

If it also produce white smoke at low rpm, then either tuning is not correct or ur engine oil burning (serious wear on piston rings).

Check your coolant also, I got frens coolant gasket burst or leaks, then some engine oil leak into engine and burn together and produces white smoke also. But if your bike dont have heating problem, it should break the coolent gasket. Unless ur bike often 80% and fan always turn on. Normally should be 60% max.

It only happen at 4k rpm or also happen at other rpm?

Try to suddenly rev a lot, especially on slope at low gear, if there is a delay in the power, like choke, then suddenly power comes about 1/2 second later, most slightly is clutch slip. Time to change clutch pi. Abt $140-150 dollar.

onli happen at 4k rpm... i just maintain throttle at 4k rpm then got this jerky feeling.. the bike will go voom...voom...voom...voom...jerky loh.. haha hard to describe... dun tink its the clutch plates though cos other gear its ok and wyhen i open throttle the response was ok

bike shop said its the chain but i just felt its crap cos chain spoil y isit that bike onli jerk at 4krpm? weird rite...
