I noticed you took a very late line into Turn 5... never seen anyone do that before but it must be good coz I could not close up on you there unlike what I could do with the other sports bikes.

 

Looked like a deep slow in fast out method for that corner.

 

BTW... what were your lap times like... I just wanna to know as a rough reference for my own timing.

Cox I didnt noe it was you..seen you ard in the cyberworld but never in real life...

 

The late line is becox i dropped a gear jus before leaning..need to drop becox of the upslope, so that i hav the power to get out of that turn..

but if i dropped too erli then i will slow down too much...thats wat i feel...hope it make sense..

It was nice meeting you... although I was looking at the rear end of your bike throughout the 5 lap challenge.

 

Stick to the linings you have been using through the corners of PG... coz I can tell you that it is very smooth and flows very fluidly from corners to corners.

 

I should know... I watched the same linings for 5 laps.

mr raptor...care to share your timing on your cbr1000 at PG last time?

 

What if I told you that I ride my DRZ faster around PG than on the CBR1000RR?

 

I sucked big time on the CBR coz there was always the fear of crashing it at the back of the mind..$$$$$ flying away. Think the best timing I ever did was 1:57.

 

On the DRZ... I have crashed to date 13 times already at the tracks.. all I ever changed were handguards and handlebars.

 

So I tend to brake later and hold higher corner speeds simply becoz I am not afraid of pushing to the point of lowsiding the bike and a sliding motard is easier to control and more forgiving than a heavy sportsbike.

right fork tube dent, fairing crack, windshield broke are the more major ones lah. well lucky collar bone only partial fracture so heal faster

It's been a long time brother! So long never see U, must catch up with u liao! I 'll be away in K.L for work and returning after the 4th next month! Then maybe, we could arrange one day and ride together, not forgetting that "superman" junjie!
