HI guys, i was wondering if any of you guys might know of a shop that does top over haul and value for money... Msia or SG also can.. Need to get my valve serviced

 

I go to NTRUST @ ANg mo koi Ind. Park..The service is good but expensive.. They will tell u the problem den up to you to decide if you want to change..My father introduce me to the shop..I used to go JB Lor Susur..since no time to go there, i go singapore la..

the red light keep flashing since i bought the bike .but i filled my 2t to the brim already still appear

 

Go repair la..if not confident, send to shop den ask them to do full check on your bike..then you will know the history and condition of the bike..but before you do all that, ur bike still under warranty? if yes, den send back to the shop that u buy n ask them to check..becos, sometime, the warranty will be void if you send to other shop..

Hai my TZM friends,recently got into an accident, bike jialat, basically the fork, the front rim+brake disc, most of the fairing had to be replaced, thankfully I escaped with minor scratches. Now at H.#.L Bukit merah undergoing repairs, hoping they don't add more to what's already broken.

 

Wanna ask where to get and how much for fairings and standard paintwork and whats the damage for a full overhaul and tuning.

fairing full set go raja at jb 450rm exclude tank(no paintwork 1 colour only)

2mnths back i got into an accident when to glen motor(kallang) press rim,dics brake. new right fairing + paintwork, both levers respray head fairing and alignment only 250sgd. i think if you buy from raja fairing then spray at glenmotor cost you about 500sgd (:

i just got my tzm few this ago and this happen..just now when i ride my bike cruising at 90km/h suddenly the engine dies off, i kick and kick then the will start again, i ride few meters again and it dies off and it still can start..whats the problem eh guys?i'm new to this bike so i hope i can learn more from you guys

i just overhauled my M..it costed me abot 2700 malaysian ringgit..

new japan y2 block

new piston and piston rings

new gaskets for the whole bike

new power valve cause mine broke in half and power valve oil seal

new conrod and bearings

 

Did my overhaul at gemok JB..it took about 6 hours..hope this helps bro..

find out that my gasket leak..i thought it was coolant problem..haiya..my bike still wasn't towed yet since yesterday midnight..damn worried man

Hi fello TZMians, wanna do a full overhaul soon but I want to get the parts myself then get the mechanic to fix it up rather than wait for them or have them using locally made parts.

 

Where got get good deals on original TZM parts like piston, conrod etc? A friend told me LAB's a good place to start.

setting. mainjet. too must petrol. OR ure choke nvr close properly. check the choke cable.

i think thats another problem..coz when i ride for a few metres, the engine will die off..but it still can start..

Hi guys! I just got my TZM a week ago. Was just wondering why the red "OIL" light flashes whenever it is at neutral? I have already pumped petrol and 2T but still shows. Is it cuz of the wire that is loose or sth? And my neutral light dosent flash. Please advice! Thanks in advance!
