almost impossible to find 2 piece valve now bro. Rare liao.

 

Yah local one one piece, they made it one piece because the 2 piece one had a tendency to break hence the stories of valve being broken.

 

Never saw it for myself before, hear its more powerful etc etc but dunno for sure.

one piece valve not local la brader. they have ori's and locals, samer like fairing. due2 nampak samer only the quality diff.

Wah mechanic bedek ngan aku ah, ahah, doesn't matter, bukan nyer diorang boleh order yang 2 piece nyer. If can find that 2 piece valve good condition good la, if cannot, not looking hard enough haha.

 

Ah anyone selling their servo and 2T resevoir? Aku try seal leak sendiri ngan silicon pon tak berhasil, servo dalam da cockup sikin, gear dalam da lari kot, bole pusing tapi boleh tersekat2.

Just had a bike accident ..lucky to be alive.paintwork gonecase. Any bros out there can recommand shop to respray ?And any bros out there got lobang can get racing fairing or the sharp tail light in singapore or any out there wanna let go their racing fairing?Not much time to travel to msia to do it .

paintwork glen motor the best for me(ask the guy name gary you want a race fairing)

2 reason i can guees..first he might be a SAFETY RIDER who wont ride 60kmh below..2nd reason after his valve broken and got no monet to change for new one so he ride with closed valve..hehehe..which one happen bro DRAKSTER..??hahaha

 

my valve nvr break all bro. my bike is a tzr year 87, older than all tzms. actually i decided to close it because my pv controller spoilt. tzm the pv controller is built into the servo. its a small circuit board if u open up ur servo ah. tzr's had the circuit board sperately. and so it spoilt. so my pv is either open all the way or closed all the way. so i tot since pv controller not working my servo wont work also those my servo is perfectly fine. i just took out the servo and pv controller, left the pv cables attached to the pv. cause the highest speed i normally go to and fro my school is 110. my valve supposedly opens auto at 100 at gear 6. but when u whack the pressure causes the pv to actually open more as ur rpm get highed and higher but only like half. so i close and ride normal then i suddenly whack it will open by itself slightly, enough to go 120 and 120 is more than enough for me when rushing back home. i go riding with friend then the fun begins. we challenge mean i will just drag the first gear till it reaches the highest rpm it can, usually 8000 then just pull open the pv and whack and drag thru all my gear. eFFFing loud. the kick bloody kick till my helmet visor went up helmet slipped behind and strap nearly strangle me.

 

after such long explanation.

 

simple reason would be

my controller spoil so i had to manual open

second left it close so i dun waste petrol by unneccessary pv opening

then manual control i can make my pipe damn loud as a when i wan. tp beside just close

no matter how tp whack bike also soft one. so dun need scared will get caught for pipe loh

why u like to keep your pv closed? not shiok right if whack~, but is it because u want ur pv to last longer..? or u want save petrol..? xD

also in what ways can our pv 1) get stucked and 2) break into half? i heard these stories before :)

my tzr ok ah pc closed i still can go 100 so for me no prob.

 

pv get stuck i got experience before simple. dun service ur bike , use cheap 2t and pump 92. u can get urself a stuck pv. carbon accumalate till pv cannot open close fully and not smooth loh.

 

break into half i would say is nearly impossible if u use original yamaha parts cause they are denser material. be it 2piece or 1. if undue stress is put on the pv a original piece should be able to withstand the pressure. i would say stories of broken PVs are a result of local parts. the pv as a whole is too big to get sucked into the cylind even if it breaks.

example how to put 50 cent coin into 10cent coin size hole. cant right. but if u break the 50cent into smaller pieces or it chips off then only can.

 

my tzr the block is ported bored and all the racing crap. i can while neutral happily whack 11k for straight 15 seconds every min. i did that when i was jetting my carb la. dun do it. its unsafe very very unsafe.

 

2 piece local high chance break cause theres this 2 small metal rods about the length of 1cm between the 2 piece. high stress the 2 rods break. the the 2 piece pv is no longer held together as one. one part go here the other go another round. worse if the small rod get inside ur block die but bike might still run cause got a little space at head but damage ur piston little by little if from block go thru the transfer port into crankshaft laggi bad. the rod jam somewhere then piston jam. there is alot of possibilities. but all mechanic say is pv break so jam. but the theory behind they dun explain.

 

as for the one piece there is no small rods but if it cracks. bits and pieces of the pv will get into the block and result the same as the 2 piece valce.

 

i can easily tell u at least 3 scenarios where the pv cause piston jam, not directly but indirectly.

it is impossible to happen directly.

the 3 scenarios are highly possible but not probable if u use original

 

moral of the story get original engine parts. u local outside no big deal. but dun use local parts for anything to do with engine.

Eh does the bike make any useful power upward of 10k RPM? I know unless you've completely tuned your bike for higher rev (port exhaust, pipe, etc), normal stock no right?

bro jus wanna clarify wif my 2t pump down, if premix wads e proportion??? plx help me.. totu, might nid ur help see my bike. bike shop kata aku nye clutch housing prob, time overhaul sumer 2kar baru xcept block... tk kn salah running in ??? haix

ur oil pumps mixture is actually all the way from 1 to 120 when idle to 1 to 20 when WOT. so what i did for mine was as i didnt WOT at all so i put the mixture at 1 1 ml 2t to 50ml fuel.
