ada lagi satu problem clutch housing aku dulu pernah encounter is..

when in low gears especially gear 1, perah2 high rpm, move off, *kraghk!!* (like rusty metal rubbing against each other and you popped forward)

my case is clutch housing aku RABAK gila~ aku fix for rm60, then problem solve except for a SLIGHT diff when clutch-in in neutral

abang dah sampai..haha..kalau kau overhaul pun dia orang tukar clutch plate ngan besi lapik tu jer...kalau kedai bagus dia tolong kau tukar boosh ngan rubber lapik belakang rebet balik...kalau tak itu pun dia orang tak buat..so kalau as u say loose jer..then buka mangkuk clutch tukar boosh rebet balik..kalau gigi mangkuk yang haus ..sayonara sama mangkuk clutch..haha..bila kau tarik motor vibrate tak.??kalau iye.. tukar boosh ngan rubber tu jer..kalau bunyi kacang..susah masuk gear kirakan tiang dia dah haus ..kena tukar mangkuk lain..punca mangkuk clutch rosak disebabkan korang suka adjust bitting point to minimum..konon nyer nak main sprint race..haha...tapi moto race pun bititng jauh maksimum...macam mana kau tau mangkuk loose..??saper bilang kau loose..??kalau terjadi tukar mangkuk jugak tukar WR scrambler nyer mangkuk...aku pakai tu jugak..best ohhh...

Eh? Aku slalu ingat premix lagi slamat, as long ratio betol, kalau injector rosak tak tau abes. Tapi kalau jetting kecik, high RPM minyak tak cukup, 2T pon tak cukup abes jugak.

dalam tank terbahagi dua..kalau time kau tuang 2t turun sebelah tak turun sebelah sawan juge..ahahaha...kalau 2t pum kau fungsi ngan elok..kenapa kau risau pasal dia turun tak turun...lagipun benda tu bukan senang rosak asalkan kau original..kalau cap ayam tak jamin ler..haha...sebab saya tak syorkan premix..first of all carbon cepat tebal...time kau buka blok ngok piston kau mesti hitam giler...kau try mai tengok time aku service..keadaan piston bersih giler sampai mekanik tanya kenapa service benda tu hensem lagi..haha..lagipun kalau carbon dah tebal motor power drop..bunyi kasar...dia boleh menyebabkan blok tipis disebabkan geseran piston berkarbon tinggi...tu sebabkan blok longgar..paham..hahaha...biasakan service blok every six month.tukar piston ring..coolant..cuci valve..cuci piston..dah..spent bout 100 ringgit dari kau tunggu jam menyusahkan jer..aku pakai piston ngan block sama almost 2 years edi..takde aperpun...ader rider tukar piston satu tahun 3-5 kali..pelik jugak cam maner motor korang boleh jadi sampai gitu...especially tzm spore..hehe...

Ni mesti setting, jetting swee swee nyer ni, Totu pakai 2T ape? Orang recommend Motul 710 tapi aku carik pat kedai mcm takde stock. Yg senang dapat Maxima ngan Pennzoil marine je.

tu lah totu aku ingat nk mintak kau tgk kn uh sbb dat time da 2kar.. maner lah tau kau dpt enlightend aku.. nie lagy 1 container da ada, hose plak kecik.. hose 2t laen ke ??? hmm aku g kedai sg dier ckp 2t hose laen.. yg hose aku nie yg mcm minyak/coolant blakang nye... den dier ckp nk kene adjust buang angin... sape2 leh tlg aku tgk kn 2t pump aku nie kire da cukup bagos.. aku pun stress asik kene premix jer... e best mintak totu nye pandangan jgk =D

Otai-otai, Kenapa eh bila da masok Last Gear time riding mcm biasa kt highway, punyalah susah nk bukak valve? Dia mcm stuck kt RPM 7 gitu walaupun da pulas throttle abes.

 

Not otai but motor stock kan? Cube drag gear 5 sikit, pastu up gear, throttle tu cepat sikit jangan kasi rpm drop.

Can someone please guide me ? My tzm tailight just change into those kinda r6 tail.but not very extreme kind .can pass anot uh?and why the front light and tail light keep blinking when i start the bike since day 1?izzit common for all tzm ?
