bro needed help here, i just got my TZM. everytime move off like very hard like this, accerate till 4rpm 5rpm move off like very hard still and like dieing like this. isit the cluth problem? hmmm

could be a few things, first try adjusting ur clutch at the handly there, try making it tight then see got difference sometime clutch cable worn out, if u got problems engaging neutral gear can be clutch plate problem, hows the sound is it loud when idling if tts the case maybe valve jam open so have to rev high then can move off. if servo working properly the sound will be like a clean buzzzz buzzzz sound

ic i think is cable then... and today ridding half way i stall my engine when kick start moving off the sound like not same.. i rev until 4 5 rpm the engine sound is load like u at 8 or 9 and the engine can feel HOT.

then i faster go 1 side stop, let it rest awhile then ok.

u try adjusting cable.first. might be ur valve jam or servo die off in valve oirpen position

i tighten to max the clutch cable and the bitting point still far. oh, so will cause any problem now...? im scared hear my engine sound like this...

theory is simple..

 

the ypvs system is broken hence limiting the play of ur servo valve

 

happen twice to my bike also..

 

if u have trouble engaging to neutral, can also mean that ur clutch plates suda haus..

 

try to d.i.y urself..open that case on ur botton left which holds the plates

 

 

if haus alreadi mayb time to change a new set..

 

btw from reading about ur prob, definately doesn not have anythink to do with ur clutch cables...

i tighten to max the clutch cable and the bitting point still far. oh, so will cause any problem now...? im scared hear my engine sound like this...

 

if ur clutch adjust max then still problem, might be valve broke or servo down. servo check is simple, unhook the pv cable and turn the key on, if the sound not the usual 2 buzz then servo gone or wiring to servo down. if normal then must be ur valve broken. both i have if u want check my post in signature.

i just now went for a spin it ok the valve still open. maybe is i rev too low when i moving off, i rev bit higher ok le now. think it time to go service heard the seller say he service at july or june. and my speedo and rpm meter spoiled!

 

my bike just change battreis the power like not enough everytime need to on thort, then the headlight more brighter.

what is servo?

 

servo is like the brain of tzm..

 

once ur servo spoilt..chnage new set bo pian

 

new set of servo ll cost u sgd250 at rowell road

 

a set of 6 for ur clutch plates will cost some ard sgd21 to sgd 24 cant rmbr
