just change a new battery and try? not cost alot 30buck a new battery. at jurong area. that time i first get bike, worst. change battery, tire, signal light and even chain guard = ,=. next day i fall my bike! _|_ change mirror, break handle and wind screen.

if u go first gear, cannot move off or hard maybe is the clutch cable or maybe is the clutch skin.

u go google search sgbikemart then used bike just type in tzm got 3 there.

coolant doesn't affect the moving off..its only function is to keep your engine cool...you cannot move off at all or difficult to move off?...

the moment i throttle at gear 1, my engine dies. damn scary.

why your bike so rabak sia? where you buy from? lol. but i think my bike can fight ur rabak-ness. anyway by jurong area you mean the store opposite the swimming complex??

i think not gear problem cos is when i throttle the engine die =/

Ya... you need a good doctor to define out it's true capability. Almost all 2-strokes bikes.

 

Make no mistake. It's good but not meant for milleage.

you got turn your petrol valve to on or reserve? if no petrol go in of cos your bike can't move.

 

for your neutral light. ask the shop you bought ur bike from to change battery for you if ur bike is still under warranty. if not just change at any bike shop

Yea the valve is on, the engine wont start if the fuel cannot feed in. I towed my bike to the dealer shop le. hope he dont jiak my money again =/

i see...did your shop serviced the bike for you before you started riding it?...some shops are just !@#%!@#...but lets not name them...=]

so what i think some solutions to your problem would be...

 

1]try washing carburetor...if the bike has been in the shop for years and has some petrol in the carburetor's float reservoir..then some of impurities in petrol will clog up the jets..

 

or...

 

2]clutch plate...since you can start the bike and let it idle...jets could be ok...then when u want to move off the bike dies...could be the clutch plate worn out so the gears do not engage properly..

 

or...

 

3]carburetor setting...too much air intake...

 

well i'm no mechanic..its all trial and error...good luck =]

Your carb got water or dirty. That's why when try to move off engine will die. Just do a simple wash, cost you less than $15 bucks.
