Like in the KB said. Distilled water is okay but not normal water. But purchase the coolant at kiosk is more safer. Be informed to flush out every....2 or 3K km

Haha..the sound actually like robot move like dat...ok..try neutral gear..rev up slowly...if ur valve can open it'll shoot up once it reach abt 5K...aiya..best is let some old bird see ur bike..or the bestest is bring go JB do full service...

ya best is bring JB lor...either ah gua lane or guo hui motor....yeah? gd luck man...meanwhile all riders stay away from ALBERT MOTOR....black shop of black shops.....

Btw, i bought my bike from Albert motor also, not a good experience but I chop him instead of the other way round :D

To [-Trust-], why not gahter all yr biker frens and go that motordiam pua pai kia..? thats wats i used to do..if they dun insiu, then everybody just hang ard there and smoke, spit and litter the area with cig butts, sure piss off them. think the boss call albert, staff is alvin, andy and ah siang.

The only way not to fall asleep is to ride faster and faster.

To my experience of past ridding. I did not change my coolant for almost 1 year and this really curious me hard because coolant was not used up completely. Till the day I visited mototiam and was told by 1 experienced mechanic that coolant will not use up same as IRC tyres (Not sure whether apply to bigger cc bike) and needs to flush out regularly if you think is worth to do so. It's up to individual to choose and follow should you think is required or not.

Try to use distilled water to refill lor.

Hi,

Need some of your comments, I just had an accident than my fairing got crack here and there. 3 options for me:

1. Buy a new fairing from JB- $70

And ask them to respray the same design as my design now - $130

This means i will have e same design

2. Ask them to touch up my fairing and do respray there.

Meaning my bike will be with them for a week

3. Go SG shop and do

Pls advice

finished running in my bike already..tuned up a little and damn..the power is amazing..my bike is pretty much stock cept for the tong pipe and racing CDI..i can't imagine those malaysian TZM dat haved been mod like crazy..kinda suprised to see the front wheel float up during 2nd gear..but there/s a little problem now..i dunno if it's the power valve or wat..but wen u open throttle slowly the vale like jam jam abit..err..how to say...like wanna open den never open..i noe the biggest problem abt TZM is the power valve..dunno...not sure abt my problem tho..changed a new swing arm bolt also..now swing arm not shaking already..there's jus so many things to be done on 2strokes bikes...sometimes too many

the hesitation u feel when u twist the throttle slowly is due to the mixture. the carburettor mixes ur fuel with air in a proportional manner, of which may not the the requirement of ur engine throughout its rpm range... i realise tzm basically works better with a leaner mixture during its mid-range rpm... of which u'd have to experiment with different "Needle jets"... it'll take hours to really tune bikes, especially after modifications... sacrifice some money, a lot of time and a lot of care, and ur tzm will run very sweetly....

hey thanks for the tip..one bike shop quoted me $40 for tuning+jets..is dat resonable???has anyone tried enlarging the original carb??a friend of mine told be abt it b4..dis mech call Ah Hai very good at it..will do the pipe to fit as well..not sure how risky it would be tho..in terms of engine life

forgot to add in.... u may also alter ur needle position to lean/richen ur fuel mixture for the mid-range....

i'm running dis setup now..BT39 on the rear..but den front is a dunlop TT900 thailand version..should i change the front??it came wif the bike..find dat the rear is a little "choppy" during corners..maybe cos of the low profile...

Finally switched to premix already..now bike felt smoother..cos dat time even wen i close the 2T adjustment thingy all the way..still alot going in..a bottle of Castrol R2 last only 600k!!!!buay tahan ar..and my mech say my bike sometime sluggish cos too much 2T..go to the crankshaft..must everytime rev hard to clear it..cannot la..my pipe so loud...kinda happy wif the bike now..only have to adjust the low end richness...too rich..always like wanna stall like dat..have to change fork oil also...

LAB coming TZM hugger soon(he say soon but his soon dunno when...)wanna have a mass order??i also looking for TZM original chain guard and tail light..now i using those Kup kis type dat has got built in signal lights..anyone wanna exchange??
