Dear Dexton,

 

I do know Quincy and he has been in the biking community for a long time. Definitely more posts than 77. He has been fair and honest with his opinions. Those who have been around the biking community long enough will know that Kushinagar is a very helpful and also a mild tempered man. Please do not take that as a weakness. We all do not wish to cheated out of our money but there will be people out there who will want to earn a fast buck. We all learn our lesson and move on. I really do appreciate your concern for us bikers. If thats what your intentions are, then I would advise that you do not use words that will cause any disagreements.

Hmmm... If someone decides to share personal experience with whatever shop, just state its name and not that coded nonsense Shop A, Shop B, Shop A + B... Doh...

 

You burned your fingers, got a bad service - fine, there is nothing wrong with giving the details out, after all you were the customer there, you should have a receipt and be able to prove that the shop screwed up your bike.

And, nobody will sue you, my friend.. Do you have any idea how much it costs to pursue legal matters and the hassle involved? And I am more than sure you simply do not have anything that might be of interest to those who could sue..

 

And instead of *****ing about it, keep your explanation simple, concise and to the point as this will add some credibility to your story.

 

On a side note, if you want an outstanding service you should go to reputable workshops and pay some good money for the service too. Something for nothing just does not work.. I am sorry to disappoint you..

 

In any case I hope you succeed in your pursuit, should you decide to go for a Big Bang, and wish you luck. However, it just may be a smarter option to learn from your unhappy experience, find another shop and forget about the bad one.

Fellow Bikers,

Recently i discovered that at JBM there a lot of bikes shop belonging to the same company.

 

4 Big Company There have 16 branches

 

Company 1)

i been a customer for this shop for at least 7 year recently they screw up my bike and they don't hold responsiblity for it.

 

Company 2)

They will rape molest kill you like pork chop

Pester you the whole bike all the part must change

 

Company 3)

Know them for 2 day buy spoket & chain

Chain have tick tick sound which i believe come from the left footpad

Chain hitting the left footpad.

Told them about the problem,they ignored my complaint.

 

Company 4)

They will rape molest kill you like pork chop

Pester you must change this must change that.

 

No matter what special signboard you see

all branches belong to the same company.

Same sale tatics

Mech open wrong hole so still balance maybe 2 & 1/2 bot of engine oil inside bike than new engine oil being put in total how much ????????????????????

 

Problem is i don't know got so much oil in my bike.

i looking for a oil tube coz my oil tube leaking oil

(A) Shop run out of stock so my frenz say planet have stock.

somehow discovered the large amount of oil.

 

Open up the whole bike inside all oil "EXPLORE"

Wash & Change many parts

 

Somemore the boss say if got so many oil the bike sure cannot start

i challanges him i buy 5 bot from you now put inside my bike i can start and ride 120km/hr how?

In the end he give me free engine oil.

 

At planet the mech help me take out all the oil than put back the right amount of oil inside the engine,understand?

 

For the spoket & chain i buy at (B) they don't care about the noise.

Actually the chain is hitting the left footpad causing noise & tick tick sound on the footpad.

 

how to solve the problem?

If the shop really spoil ur bike, and there is evidence wat is spoilt is wat they jus did. Go back and talk to them, if they are not going to do something to wat they have done wrong. i believe there should be proper channels whereby u can get back wat u get.

Seriously i need to knw which shop. Cos i was starting to like JBM workshop. So dexton80 can i ask you nicely that which bike shop is that. You could PM me also thanks. As for Quicy i think he is trying to help but mabbe some misunderstanding or misinterprate of words so i think best all is have a cool mind la.
