I rode a TA200 on convoys with them before. Now im ridng a Vara 125 and still intend to ride with them because i enjoy their company. If what mark says is true, then im kinda disappointed. But im sure he could be wrong, coz armofpeace says bike of any makes is welcome. But if im wrong, then i wont be welcomed anymore.....so sad.

Hi hi everyone...seems like there's a huge commotion here...

 

I was asked to log in and attend to this miscommunication and i'm doing this during my working hours just after a heavy meeting with a very important client...I do hope that what i'm about to say here will clear up the air...

 

I've received an early morning phone call from the Bridegroom himself and he mentioned something of this situation happening in this thread...As per the Bridegroom, this event is an open event...Which means, "Open to all Bikers and Bikes".....Now, the reason to this is simple, the Bridegroom's relatives will be joining in with the convoy too and they are not riding cruiser bikes....

 

So, in that last note, I am treating everyone here as an adult and let's end the issue of the type of bikes are meant for this convoy....I would also appreciate those that have stated some disrespectful comments that are pertaining to the Bride & Bridegroom, to please apologise to the wedding couple and show some respect as that would be given to anyone here during their wedding celebration and plannings when their time comes...

 

Now, let us all stop all this racket and let us all put our energy and enthuthiasm towards making this wedding convoy a successful, enjoyable, fun and unforgettable one for the wedding couple....As far as the wedding couple is concerned, no one is taken out of the list and they have informed me to convey their deepest thanks and gratitude to each and everyone of the participants....With that, I thank you all my fellow bikers, needless of what bike you ride, and let's focus on making this wedding convoy the best it can be...Peace be unto You....

Yup Yup.. was just out with the bridegroom and he has confirmed on the type of bikes involved. His cousin & frds (street n sports bikers) will be joining us from Ubi but nevertheless all other riders involved in this convoy will meet up at Big Splash at the designated time.

Actually what's the point of a convoy,i think it's just an avenue to show off as a big group,no need lah.TP is monitoring the situation as there were complaints in the ST forums recently about convoy bikers escorting the wedding group,yaya can control traffic at junctions to let the bride and groom pass through
