300++ for that handlebar i think its well worth paying for!! you go to the webby u look at the time and research they do.... got gel system la to reduce wobbling and the harden walls of the handlebar make it diff for it to bend or break ....You Pay Peanuts You Get Monkeys... Like me buy cheap handle bar found out that it not really straight.. haha but neva mind buget low willing to pay peanuts again and get monkeys

totally agreed!!!

 

If you intend to change away your stock bar "which is design by a pool of honda engineers" then of cause get a better than stock one right...

 

Pointless to change away the stock and "downgrade" to a cheap-po type...

I know alot of you guys changed to scrambler handle bar, which is a good brand to use, where is a good plc to do it? went to aunt shop, $300+ for clamps and pro taper.

Renthal Handle bar Low Bend 90 Bucks....

 

Chances of it bending when met with an accident is lower .... riding posture better =)....

Want to raise s4 handlebar 2 inch up and 2 inch back

for upright position riding.

 

Had a lot of trouble doing this for my cb250 due to cable length

and finding the riser, but i eventually did.

 

Any folks here manage to do so? Appreciate some pointers too,

where to buy the riser and extended cables if neccessary.

Ive check motorworld some time back but so far only see the 1inch riser,

dont have the backward riser

 

My last option is go seng kwang make a raised-handlebar to the position

I like.....but then still got the cable length to worry about...haiz...

Renthal Fat bar - saw from HKL site around $200-$300 or Twin bar. ~ Chiong Aik sell the normal twin bar less than $100 i think

Pro-taper Fat bar. ~ as quoted $300 plus

Rizoma Fat Bar From Motorworld. - $180 can see from the advertiser's site

Sunline Bar - Can PM Bitting Point for price.

if i'm not wrong, the attached would be a low bend.. a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, but no worries for the cables..

anyway, Sunline set is selling @$225 at Mezzo..

LAB selling brandless adapters for fat bars..

 

when you change into fatbars or high bend bars, make sure you test your fork travel too.. you dun wan your brakeline or clutch cable to snap..

anyways, just try not to put your clutch and trottle assemblies to wide apart, the cables and lines should be long enough.. else lower your fork..

we are all glad that bikers got their info here.. it's all abt sharing and getting cheaper and reasonable stuffs..

 

my adapters, clamps and bars are all in stock.. but i got no time to go to fix them!!

nonsense....... im using pro taper.... the only pros & cons is tat u have to make a gd judge at squezing and cornering.... i use it for pasir gudang cool..... corner like rossiee.... no prob its juz the matter of control to manuever and judgement correct me if im wrong.... try it and see you self....
