Here's my review of the helmet after using it for a week.

Pros

- Weight although heavy, but is quite well balanced. Hence don’t really feel the sprain on your neck.

- Good quality paintwork

- Comfy cushions

- Personally feel it’s quieter than the previous model (508W)

- Flip up latch mechanism easy to latch fully

Cons

- D ring is a bit too small, making it harder to thread the chin strip in and out.

- Top vent ventilation not very ideal

- Helmet shell size is bigger than 508W

- Padding slightly off at ear

On a whole, its an great improvement from the previous model and worth the $.

I agree totally, especially about the D-ring part. Takes me longer than usual to put on this helmet.

The product is worth the price, just like you say.

kin tai 2 weeks ago told me not so fast.

i guess that is their way of saying "we still got a lot of old stock old model to clear, so please stop asking me to roll cash to bring in new model"

these guys dun look so pro-active to me, old china-man mentality.

give up, see their display case got dust from 1970's i think...

the reason is because sg market small and negligible, hence ZUES were actually at the peak or their production output, and the 1st few batches sold were to the EU and NA, as that is their main target consumers, hence we in SG were put in backburners....

why would u wanna compromise ur helmet?they gotta remove the paint using paint removers or sand it down, thus by doing so its compromising the integrity of the shell, unless to say the spray painter is an authorized vendor by Zues, other than that most to most i'd only stick stickers...

Cheers!

Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see farther.
