[Q&A] Bike travel guide books

Where can I find bike travel guides in Singapore? I'm thinking of reading up on roadtrips abroad and possibly travelling beyond Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand, and a good guide book would be really helpful.

got 1 book @ borders.i dont remember the title but its specifically for touring on bikes.describes the best time to go,customs on how to bring ur bike or can rent bike there etc.

zqlin, where exactly are you travelling to? Are you going alone or in a group of bikers? I think it's better to travel in a group to be safe when you're going very far abroad.

 

There are some motorbike travel books at GuideGecko.com. I don't think even Kino has these Trailblazer books, and when I bought from this site I had free local shipping too.

Hi, dont worry about Thailand. Skip the major cities and you will be alright. Bikes can't go on Bangkok's expressways. You get a fine for that. You can stay in car motels but they speak mostly thai only, you will get by with being friendly. No prob. have fun travelling!
