tak payah nak confuse. biler time nak ambik moto tu, pls check the bike condition ok ke tak, scratches...etc. before starting off... read owners manual, turn to page 'engine breaking' read carefully before even starting the bike. biler dah confirm beraper RPM yang ko tak leh lebih, baru start and start running in. FZ1 fazer owner manual states : not more than 6000 rpm for the 1st 1000km and not more than 7000 rpm between 1000 - 1600 km. 1st oil change at 1000 km. make sure you go to hong leong so that they can check your valve clearance which is extrememly important and allow them to perform the 1st maintenance. after that, then you may proceed to your regular shop for minor maintenance. hope this helps.
