Kalo dah beli helemt 6 or 12 pack tu pakai lah selalu, takmo kena investment 9 bulan

And, guys bleh kasi review for pipe leovince in-terms of performance especially pick-up and sound, pat HKL sellin it for 650bucks je.

 

Sounds good , tapi pick-up & performance not sure.

ada org pat sini ada pakai LV but for gen2 model. Leh tanya dia.

Anyway selling cheap cheap apa, just grap it cause for us gen1 model

hard to get aftermarket pipes anyway, dah takde production agaknya.

Thnx for the link, tu yoshi tri oval, aku dari dulu da tanya dia pasal tu pipe, sekejap kata nk jual ngan moto semua, sekejap kata nk jual seperately, baru tadi pagi dia kata ada org nk beli moto dia, den dia will keep aku updated. yg Laser hotCamDS tu pipe memang legal, tapi legal ke kalo sumbat pat Fazer. buat research tgk tu pipe meant for R1 and R6. ('99-'02)

 

 

aku ader kawan using that pipe.. dah dalam 2, 3years using the pipe..he told me it is legal.. but can always check with m-tecknik about legality since they are the ones bringing in the pipe if u want to be very very sure...

Ko tahu tak yg helmets ade life-span of bout 5yrs. After dat it starts to deteriote........ sebab tu they have gurantee for 5 yrs, not lifetime

 

 

tapi kalau compare tires and helmet.. at least lifespan for helmets is still longer than tires..

aku pon pernah kena ni macam.. cukup sedih.. 3 hari before hari raya motor rosak gara-gara cuci nya pasal..

 

 

time tu aku bawak XR4.. konon nak cuci motor untuk hari raya.. so aku pon singgah Shell kat geylang untuk cuci motor.. bila dah cuci semua, dah cantik kilat, aku try nak start motor tak bley start.. 2 jam try dgn members aku.. macam2 cara kita try tapi tak bley.. last2 call tow truck angkat motor go workshop..

 

next day mekanik call, dia kata dalam piston block full of water, piston karat, crankshaft karat.. " part ni aku heran, tak kan cepat sangat karat " dia tanya, aper aku buat sampai gitu..

aku kata, aku cuci motor kat kedai minyak..

dia tanya lagi.. pencuci pakai jet spray?...

aku kata ya..

mekanik kata, mebbe dorang spray terlampau kuat, tu pasal it penetrate thru the gasket..

 

2 hari lepas raya.. aku angkat motor.. total damage = about $450

( sakit pening aku hari raya tahun tu.. extra blanje )

 

tu pasal sampai skrang aku ader sket apprehensive nak go kedai minyak cuci motor.. it's macam a lesson learnt lah.. aku rather cuci sendiri..

so far my penske is serving me quite well bro.. money well spent

 

during the stock suspension days, everytime aku ride 2up, the rear suspension always reached its maximum travel even at the highest preload level when riding at 140km/h and above. Esp when hit road bumps. When goin slow, even the road hump can fully maximise the suspension travel.. in other words it was soft. After playing with rebound and compression also does not help.

 

Now after Penske, it fixes all the problem. In fact there's also extra improvements. If u notice, when u also gives the bike hard acceleration, the rear suspension will actually back it it up.. meaning, with the sudden forward momentum of the bike, the bike tend to push all its weight to the rear thus creating a chopper effect. Not only ur front will feel light during acceleration, it also pushes the rear tyre hard to the ground thus making ur rear tyres giving u more unneeded traction. Too much rear traction also no good cos it will accelerate tyre wear. With the penske, it actually eliminates all that. There's still some backing but not as much as the stock as the suspension works itself to correct the bikes position.

 

actually most imprtant aspect of the suspension is the spring preload. U must get this right. IF u cannot get it right, u must change the spring to get that right preload value.Another good thing about Penske is that ur rear shock spring is changeable during service. In fact if u order from Bikelab, they will ask u regarding about ur weight, ur riding style, if box is fitted or not and also if u always ride 2-up or single rider. All this info will be passed to PenskeUSA during the order. Ur shock will come with the correct spring rate for u and ur bike. Once u get preload right, rebound and compression is a matter of clicks as different rider has different style of riding or requirements.

 

after all that, it also improves cornering stability and gives a better overall riding experience

 

 

i bought mine brand new at bikelab $1700 2 years back. Can't remember which model.. but mine is preload, rebound, compression and ride-height adjustable.

memang malas bro.. actually aku pon malas.

 

but it's like TLC for the bike. U can also use the washing as an after-ride inspection of the bike. Check ader benda yang lain macam or missing screws. Kalau kau suruh org cuci, mana dia nak check kan untuk kau. Plus its just not the same as kau cuci motor kau sendiri.. Datang mood tukang cuci baik, bersihlah moto kau... datang bingit, ala kadar ajer..

 

it also helps lah kalau kau ader spare bike. Pasal tak lah kelam kabut sangat nak cuci motor. But then, ni semua masing2.. Ader orang balik trip terus cuci, yang ader besok lusa cuci, yang ader tak cuci langsung, ader juga during the trip cuci.

 

anyway, aku learnt my lesson oreadi with my XR4..cuci motor terpaling mahal.. $450.. so it's personal washing for me... but if Team Shinez does not use water jet, i would like to give it a try.

Laser pipe is a bit of a tear drop shaped.. quite unique on its own as most of 01-05 aftermarket pipes are either roundish or oval in shape. Length is also about the same with all 01-05 aftermarket pipes compared to stock. But if u want a shorty pipe, can try MIVV.. a little bit ex though if comparing with the LV. And it's round in shape.
