Thanks UshioChan!

Another thing, I just noticed that I can remove the key after switching on the engine. Is this ok? Because according to the manual the key isn't supposed to be removable in this position.

Your key switch needs replacement. Avoid hanging keychains on the key when it is slot in the key hole. Prevent damaging the switch

Don't waste money. Wait for your next renewal. I didn't put for last 3 years. They stop you just act blur say drop off you didn't notice. Then get the replacement.

Time to change ignition. Your ignition key drum is a goner.

Wow, would you guys recommend changing it asap? I've been riding a few days without the keys in the switch and all seems fine. I was hoping to get any major repairs done during the first oil change.

You just need to remember to take out your key after starting and also off the ignition when you reach your destination. I kept forgetting to off the ignition and ended up pushing start a lot. Battery flat and eventually battery life shortened cos also flat.

The only cons is. Any random phantom keys can slot in and turn on your bike. Other then that nth else

your bikes consume engine oil? how much is considered normal? mine is like 50ml per 1000km but still within dip stick.

Never really measure like you did. I just made sure I change every 1500km.

You have a higher chance of finding a gen 1 exhaust then a gen 2 exhaust. There isn't a lot of gen 2 at the scrapyard yet.

The exhausts are interchangeable. Legality wise, I don’t think there's any issue since its still an original phantom exhaust.
