Itinerary (Kukup 2D1N Stay)

Date : 9th to 10th August 09 (Sunday to Monday)

Cost : SGD$55/Pax, inclusive of 4 meals (lunch @ restaurent, BBQ dinner, Breakfast, Seafood Lunch @ Chalet)

*some people might be wondering why is there a raise of $7 if you notice the first day lunch we cater for seafood lunch at the restaurent instead of simple beehoon plus curry(this is the standard food if u are paying for the normal package) so for an additional of $7 instead of beehoon and curry, we are actually having seafood lunch @ restaurent*

Accommodations : 6 Bedrooms with 3 double Decker Beds each

Facilities : A living room (air-con with computerized karaoke system and DVD player) c/w 4 toilets

Distance Covered: Approx. 60km (1 way, from GP Esso to Kukup)

Coming Back Trip

Date : 10th August 2009

Check-out : 2.00pm

Lunch : 2.00pm then we check out

Riding Speed : 60-110km/h (Varies depending on traffic condition)

Distance Covered: Approx. 65km bout 20km after leaving Kukup there will be a petrol stop(1 way, from Kukup back to GP Esso)

-Due to Public Holiday in Sg, alot of booking from Sg have been made to the boss so we need to tie down a minimum pax of 30

 

-We are looking at quality stay and quality food.

 

-All riders are welcome, especially newbies riders are encouraged to join this trip for an experience ride and short vacation during the National Day long weekend. Riding speed as per stated above.

 

- All Participants are encourage to take their breakfast prior to the meetup.

 

- Kindly top-up your fuel tanks first once reach GP Esso to minimise time wastage.

 

- We seek the cooperation and firm commitment from interested participants to register for this ride and to make payment soonest as we need to cater for the participants.

Itinery of Kukup 09'

 

Day 1:

1000 - Meet up @ Gelang Patah Esso

1045 - Briefing will be held

1100 - Move off from Gelang Patah towards Kukup

1300 - Projected arrival at Kukup

1330 - Lunch Commence

1500 - First batch of bikes despatch into Chalet Unit

1520 - Second batch of bikes proceed into Chalet Unit

1540 - Last batch of bikes all proceed into Chalet Unit

1600 - Tea break will be served (finger foods)

1700 - Boat Ride 1 to Kelong Visit (optional)

1930 - Dinner will commence

2100 - Lighting off Fireworks

2200 - OTOT (programmes will be either mahjong, KTV or Lights out)

 

Day 2:

0900 - Breakfast will be ready (OTOT proceed)

1100 - Second Boat Ride (optional)

1230 - Lunch will be served at the Chalet itself

1400 - Pack up

1530 - Check out

1600 - Re-org outside at the Custom main road.

1620 - Push off head back to Gelang Patah

1700 - arrive at petrol stop near Pontian (optional petrol stop for smaller tank bikes)

1730 - push off to Gelang Patah

1830 - arrive at Gelang Patah KFC carpark

1830 - Debriefing and Good DAY!

 

Above timings are all estimated, subjected to changes.

 

Personal items to bring along.

- Passport

- Disembarkation Card(White Card) if u have so u no need to stand beside malaysia custom to fill up

- Cash Card with minium $1.40(2 way) for toll fees at Sg Custom

- Rm$1.60 for the toll payment at Malaysia Custom

- Toothbrush

- Toothpaste (this can be shared around unless u are using specific brand den please bring along your own preference.)

- Towel (if u forgot to bring along, dun worry it can be purchased there.)

- Slippers (optional as during the convoy please be in covered shoes for safety reason. you wont be able to take the small stone hitting ur toes...)

- At least 1 set of clothings

- Rain gears (in case of wet weather)

- spare spark plugs of ur bike model (good to have)

- Copy of your bike insurance (good to have)

- Copy of your bike Log card (good to have)

- Spare Keys of your bike (good to have)

Great ride, great food, great company. You guys were wonderful & i hope it was a memorable trip. Friends made, experiences shared, pointers swapped. Today ends Kukup Chapter but its the beginning of the chapter of your new found friend(s), brother(s), sister(s). Some maybe more than tat

 

Glad all made it safe home & something to remember how your National Day 2009 was spent.

 

Should i offended anyone, my apologies. It wasn't my intention to. Should myself am not a good host, apologies again.

Hi all, we're back home safe and sound. Really enjoyed the trip...good food, amazing fireworks, and great company!

Loved the company, the ride, all the bikes, aircon kelong, seafood, fireworks, scenery, weather, bbq service, cheap fuel, and the takeaway otah - enjoying it now!

 

definitely worth every cent we paid for.
