yeah... bigger rear sprocket will give you better pickup... same theory, smaller front sprocket will also give you better pickup...

Hmmmm...why would you wanna get a tong pipe? pay 100 for it....den after that still pay 500 to tp den pay mech to remove it again........

erm...haha yah loh...but im lucky tat time kana rd block...he ask me wheather my pipe is mod...i denied.then he rev my trottle n listen.then go....tink becoz 1/2 tong* so nt much diff from the stock pipe.

lol, shawn says tat his pipe got a HOLE, den bike like no power, so he was tinking of tong-ing his pipe to get power, or rather he wans to get a new pipe tat is already tong-ed..

no la.. just got da urge to change my pipe.. actually looking for those nv mod b4 pipe.. but hardly find any.. N since so many gsxr had tong their pipe.. so wanna try too.. btw i heard if u suay suay tio tp ... its summon $70 ba.. $500 is for change of pipe or exhaust. ( correct me if i'm wrong) tats wad i heard from my police fren.

 

My pipe is original.. but da ex owner went n knock da pipe.. knock until da whole *thing* inside da pipe gone.. then sound very low n also no strength.. very sian wan leh .. i duno whether da K&T tat boss got tua me anot la.. coz i bring my bike over there call him knock my pipe coz i wan da sound to be louder.. than he put 1 rod inside n cant find *that* spot.He suspect da thing already gone.. knock until 1 lobang liao.

ehh i think 1 weeks ago ba.. last time always follow my fren's rvf go there service.. but i dun really frequent there. I anyhow go wan.. either GH or planet.Went K&T coz wanna knock my pipe.. my fren say cafford good at knocking coz alot of rvf went there to knock their pipe.. so went there.. service.. wash carb tuning.. clearing carbon from exhaust n pipe.

btw guys i found out that the steering alightment abit off. very slight anyway to remedy it?

 

i went to the bike shop the mechanics say must do wheel alighment and change new tire. does it help???

 

cos i dun really know wat's the fault.

shawn me not riding g4 but i can tell u a way to self tong ur pipe....inside 4 stroke mufflers there is a stopper which restrict the air flow by abit....u can u a metal rod...put it into ur muffler...n break the stopper...by knocking it...the stopper will break n remain inside...but thats ok....after a few rides u will realise ur pipe becomes louder n ur trottle response is abit better....normally not enough to feel....

try not to use smaller sprocket in front...the smaller the front sprocket...the faster it wears out...n i mean very fast....

u will have to change urself lor...takes like 30 mins to change pads onli mah....but remember to file the edges of ur pads...this helps to remove unwanted noise...

Bought some brake fluid to do my own change.....

just need abit of revision......for the rear brake.

 

1) remove cover from bleeding nipple.

2) loosen the screws

3) pump on the brake lever....fluid flows out

4) top up fluid until old fluid all gone & no more bubbles

5) thighten screw

6) repeat for other side

7) cover cap

8) voila!

hey.. u power leh... talk halfway about pipe then tell me long time no see...

well.... i wont consider changing the front sprocket coz it's more ex.. hehe.. think my rear sprocket is now 45T... but i duno y my bike is still drinking so much petrol.. *sigh*

sometimes u feel ur steering is abit off...it's either due to front wheels or rims. from wad the mech told u....it does helps...
