Bro, i went down yest liao leh....... but do go down early, cos everytime i go there, they are packed to the max man........ especially when you got so many things to do, better be the 1st customer.

 

Last fri i went for tuning, took me the whole day, ended up being the last customer to leave the shop.... but tats cos i went at 12+, oso cos waiting for parts. So go early to avoid disappointment! Hahahaha....

Abt ur problem y it starts again, its jus simple theory of push start a bike.. with momentum, u gear in and release clutch, the pistons will be turned and thus cause engine brake.. Difference between push start and curise clutch in/out, push strt lesser momentum to keep the bike running, the latter will have enuf energy so it will kinda keep going..

Tough choice, both give me the thrill.. but kawa insurance more than suzuki by $1000..

hi guys......juz now i park my bike in no shelter carpark awhile....den started to rain.......i was eating at the canteen so bo bian hav to wait till rain stop den go take my bike........den while i was travelling on pie going home.....suddenly the bike engine die off....so i thought maybe cos my petrol finish ........i turn it to reserve.......at 1st cant start........den after awhile of persistent it finally started.......so i make my way to petrol kiosk pump petrol.....i open the tank.....ther was still petrol leh inside......but i still pump full.......den i start the bike n make my way back.....this time easily can start.......can anyone enlighten me is ther anything wrong with the bike?

reach my house carpark ther quickly take cloth wipe away sum water droplets on the seats and inside............:giddy:

saw u bike wif da new owner a few times liao. Today saw him at ubi da paintwork shop. Btw his chai damn power, tat time saw at JB , SUPER SHORT HOT PANTS.. wooHoo =D~. Both wearing red full face.

 

 

Btw my problem is bcoz da rectifier overcharging.. start bike at 13-14v. When on engine liao it went up to 18-19v. But today just change rectifier, but battery still need to change new 1.. sian.. push start again ...

Most of the GSXrr on rd now still using the orgin spark plug wires when the first day the bike came on rd.

 

Rubber protecting the copper wires inside will start to harden and start to crack.

 

So when water touch or came in contact with the spark plug wires, its will miss fire to your body frame or engine body, which i do see it myself on my ex gsxrr.

 

After the engine warm up and water been evaporated, everything go back normal liao....

 

Its normal.

Bro, Its not a major prob to have difficulties starting the bike after rain.. When its raining, sometimes heavy rain, water seeps in every where.. Problem comes when the water seeps below the tank and into the spark plug.. The spark plug is no fully soaked of cos, but there's moisture.. Wat u can do is change the spark plug which cost abt $40 i heard if u get NGK Racing spark plugs at Planet.. Another cheaper alternative is to use a Bike cover abt $17 at ah boy. haha..

After u park ur bike covering takes abt 2 min max.. and it protects ur paintwork as well.. I do suggest tuning ur carb and washing it, ask the mech to change the gasket as well as putting rubber sealant lining this will prevent leaks from the carb and water moisture getting in easily..

 

Bros, Tuning is very inportant, after tuning, it

1. Eliminates funny Eningine noise (suppose to get low Rumble)

2. Improves Fuel Efficiecy

3. Saves money

4. Gives a better ride and less chance of u standing by the side of the highway...
