Hey guys, U know where can I check up on the owner of a bike just by knowing his licence plate?

 

About a few month ago..I got punch in the face by this ah beng cos me fren was wearing a logo helmet..both of us didn;t know it logo..Then he approach me a KAO Pei Kao Bu....I say I wana call police he gave me 2 wack..Then yesterday I saw him again....at my house shopping centre...Got down his licence plate and a description of his bike...Going to find some way for revenge..

Last time lta website can check the details of the bike by keying in the no plate. But now needs the IC no of ther owner already. But also no use cos no address, only bike details.

U should have took a look at the season parking coupon. But again, what do u want to do. Show him the power of logo? Y not just report to the police as he is the 1 who punch u in the first place.

Hey guys, sometimes find got white smoke coming out from my bike when i rev it during start up, after a while den not there liao....

is there any problem?

I think no need to worry if the white smoke is gone after warm up. Might be just steam as mention. Cos i see my friend 929 which is quite new also have some while smoke when cold start, but gone after 5 mins of warm up.

 

Maybe u should just take note if there is a lost of 4T drained out from ur crank when u change engine oil.

Well..1stly..I feel that I shouldn't be punched in the 1st place...not to forget I didn't spend 10 month enduring hell in OCS just to tahan this 2 punch from this ah beng. So more both of us also dunno what logo on my fren's helmet. He just wore it cos he found it. Then the bugger buay song..I also dunno what I should do to the bugger.. ANy TPs in the forum to help me??

do anyone of u guys faced the problem of a leaking carb? where petrol leaks out of yr carb??

Cdi is the brain of the bike. is something like pentium chip in ur computer. or ecu in cars.

Its a small piece of plastic in this bike with 2 sockets to plug wires in. To simply put, it controls the ignition of the bike. without it, u cant start.

Carb leaking might be due to carbs gasket worn or the float spoil. gasket is cheap, but the float is not.

Suspension wise i dun tink its that bad.......if u read up on the previous posts, Ae86 pointed out that its not the rectifier thats the problem but the socket that connects to the bike.....it tends to warp and thus makes u tink the rectifier spoilt but in actual case its not..........

 

CDI wise shouldn't be a big problem.....probably due to old age thus will spoilt.......

 

leaking carb i experienced before....had to change the gaskets... not too ex....

Well, i feel that there is no harm in getting one which is younger in terms of age but if the parts of the bike (like pistons n such)are relatively new den its still worth condsidering if the price is rite.....

Mabbe u were juz unlucky to get a lousy one last time round....take a closer look n take ur time to choose......you'll probably be able to get a good one this time

u interested in buying gsxr?? i have a gsxr400 p model....thinking of sellin it because tired of riding bikes liao...or maybe wanna change to super 4...wan to have a more relaxin ridin posture...i still haben make up my mind whether i wanna part with my baby...but maybe u can quote me a price u willing to pay if u r interested or maybe change ur cb400 with me...heh heh...btw..mine is FK plate...
