Guan Hoe's workshop at Blk 1043 Eunos Ave 3

 

sianz....pushing my bike 2 guan hoe workshop on monday....suspect something wrong with my carbs...every 2 days the plug seems to foul....pain sia $40 plugs every 2 day....

 

so have u visited the shop since u got the exact address already...i think they saturday only open halfday..so u gotta be early man..hope ur bike got nothing serious...but what i heard from alot of ex g4 riders...this bike always got this problem of 3 spark plug firing only..meaning the 4th plug won't be firing and if the 4th plug is not firing...it will affect the lifespan of the other 3 plugs..but urs like abit extreme...every 2 days burnt plugs..maybe only 2 plugs firing? =X :cheeky:

yesterday at 2055 near serangoon rd lah i kiss the yellow honda jazz... stupid lady who drive the car slame the brake so hard till i got no time to react... luck is in my side maybe, coz i hit the car at the left bumber till the CAR TYRE BURST.... maybe becos i advoid to slow or my crash bar cannot escape.... :weep: there goes my head lite my brake lever my pipe and my panel meter.... i escape with minor abrasion... damn pain when hot exhaust pipe sits on my right knee.... :lol:

 

take care bro...what most impt is u are not seriously injured...bike can slowly do up again..who noes u might make it into a better machine...get well soon

 

i hav been askin around for tat too.. but most of the shop ask me to change the oil or increase the amount.. think its kinda hard to get one.. but im intendin to use other spring from other bike.. still looking around..

 

wah..so long never see u posting here..once u post = u want to zhng ur bike...go change ur footrest first la...since u like to corner so much..one day ur footrest will be gone...eh..ur yoshi pipe how much ah? import from where?

wad model is ur gsxr

if its a MSP model..den its e way e engine works...

pretty slow on e pick up.. just gotto use e half clutch technique

yeap when 2 take a look at guan hoe just now...its still there and their wash & tune carbs is @ $45...gonna drop by on monday & do the carbs..

that day i also went down to ask bout the wash and tune...i think the boss didn't tell u in details...wash & tune carbs is $45...then the boss say they will change the rubber seal for u..it will add up to bout $60?...as quoted from the boss..he said its necessary to change coz he said everytime u open the carb to wash u are actually damaging the seal..i know that normal bike shops when they wash they don't change..but well..i think since wash and tune in bike shops also around that price or even more ex..y not do in guan hoe and get the rubber changed :box:

he got tell me if got thing 2 change den d price would go up...but i dont mind paying as long as the end result is satisfying...not coming out of workshop with more problems...but would give this shop a go..afterall, its the suzuki agent..c how d result...:cheer:

heheh...anyway bro...usually backfire is because of setting issues. check wit ur mech im sure he knows what to do.

Do you feel ur pickup abit draggy...like need to push harder and at high speeds ur bike very very smooth altho got back fire?

SpiritualRain13 woitz long time never hear frm you. I've sold my GSXR 400 already liao, now riding a Gilera VXR and looking for an R6 or GSXR 750. Got any lobang rain? No hurry, I can't ride now coz I'm recovering from my operation dats y I bought a Gilera as a spare bike 1st hahaha

pick up not draggy...

the back fire only come when the bike jerk at high speed

Maybe can even think of adjusting the Plug's Gap as well Bro :thumb:
