just wanna ask if it is common that motor diam charge a penalty fee in the event if you tried to clear your bike installment.

 

I actually still have about 12 months of installment to go, then when i check with the lady, she actually told me if i paid in full now. they will charge me another $300 dollars.

 

Is this the usual practise?
