Can anyone comment on these charges and tell me honestly if I kana hacked like a potato? :sian:

charges for item shld include the labour charge wat.

why must pay $80?

things brought in the shop they are responsible to change for u w/o installation fee ma.

if nt labour charge shld be abit onli, $80 is way too much.

for the price of item, shld be +/- there.

Holy cow! OK, I am officially a "conned man". Thanks for the enlightment guys. By the way the shop I visited is at 328 Changi Road, called Daredreamers. They seem to be into customizing scooters and I am thinking maybe they not really into servicing for bikes. Furthermore there's this constant squiking sound when I travel on the bike, I mentioned this to the mechanic and he said changing the shocks will do, but in the end the sound is still there. I'll definitely be visiting another workshop than going back to them. Nevertheless... a good lesson learned.

One more question guys, do anyone know if there is a good workshop who is willing to do a detail check for my 5 year old bike to see if there's any serious problem that need's fixing? Would really appreciate the help guys! :cheeky:

I heard about the shop too. crap service, thanks for the heads up !

Always ride safely and defensively.

Repair bike cheap and fast,

Repair body expensive and slow.

bro.. good workshop depends on the person u ask.. if u ask 10 ppl u will sure get 10 different answers.. the best is u read up on any complains abt certain shops and then avoid them..

im sure there are a few riders who will say that this 'daredreamers' shop is the best in singapore.. :sian:

personally, i have yet to come across any complaint for planet motors..

anyway.. a 5 yr old bike shouldnt have that many problems to begin with.. unless the previous owner never take care or is a dispatch rider or sumthing...

My vote is for Botak of Wonderful Motors along MacPherson Road. Great guy and unassuming. One of the better mechs around. Old school "sum-seng" type but a heart of gold.

Cheers

... what you looking at? Never seen a cow that wants to go places ????! ...

Address is 494 MacPherson Road.

Shop name is Wonderful Motor.

He is located at the back alley.

He is the man when it comes to scooter repairs and service. No horse run.

Great pricing and he will not replace anything that does not requires replacing.

Go to the back alley, shout: Botak!. Then you see one pony tail golden hair guy looking at you. That is him, he is not really botak hor.

maybe u should bring ur bike back to the shop to have them check it out with the mech again, or talk to the boss 1st, i'm sure they can work out something for you, not siding any1 here, just that if your not happy with the service go back to the 1 and sound out your problem, if really cant solve anything then change bike shop then. if not your gonna end up paying and paying at different bike shop and in the end problem dun solve but end up paying more at different places. i'm sure u spend $600 over there more or less they will check for u again. you dun know till you try it out. cheers....:cheeky:
