not quite my friend...turn a steering wheel and sink into a bucket seat....cant forget cause its all about lines, braking, heel toe shifting, gear throwing etc....

 

but riding...there is body movement....just my last trackday....my body movement was all over the place...felt like i was turning a bicycle around the track...turn 1 PG was hilarious....felt like i was turning a bus....legs hanging off all over..body shifting wrongly.... so I AM RUSTY....sadly...

 

hmm.. looks like some racer really turned abit rusty.. but there's sth called WD40.. haha.. feel free to come out tgt with us n share some experience and brush up ur skills as well?

actualli i have a few ehtusiasts like xiaofire, vondy, keraking & myself at the moment we having plans. Was planning to go ard June myself.......btw we need more kakis to make things werk. We are also having tech support from hrcsgp an old frend.......so........how bout u? maybe we cld combine to train up a group track goers......as i see @ pg nowadays the only 250s only a prillia.......therefore, we need more experienced passionate 2 strokers if we need to start the ball rolling.........

you are making me smile lads.. cause after i found out that the CLubman 250cc race was cancelled..... i almost did not want to collect my PGMIV and just head off to the big bikes where I know there is a grid down at the MSS. Hell...i may be slow...but at least there is a platform...

 

i need confirmations rather than hearsays as to whether there really is keen interest in running our category race..there will be me...Tortoise potentially(yes! i am voluneteering you) and some others....let me not be ambitious and put the date down as soon but rather in a few months time so that you guys can get prepped....

If we can do up all events, rope in wolf & gang plus my side, then i knw wer we are heading.....we might be able to have a likey over 10 pax trackday if theres no 250 clubman.....now this seems to be like a 250s event of MotoGp!!!!hahaha:cheeky:

sure thing, i'd join if there is an event... BUT, i know very well that if you want to make the Clubman happen it has to be sanctioned by SMSA and the riders must have competition lience et all. as much as Syed wants to help us, i also know that at the end of the day he's not going to risk running it without SMSA sanction as they are after all an FIM affiliate, just like SMSA. there're risks/ dangers which they wouldn't want to answer to and this is something we can't get around.

 

the alternative is of course you run the event during TD 5LFC. maybe you could as Syed to increase it to 10 laps if everyone wants it that way. diff is they will not consider or call it as a race but just a fun challenge. no laptimes, no checkered flag just finish off with the red flag. they go to such lengths so as to cover liability...

To guys who had brought pgm iv down the track of PG:

 

i wuld like to know if our bikes to be brought down track, is it more prone to problems like piston sieze or crank shaft damage etc. ?

 

ps: Serving N.S nw.. very poor.. must calculate carefully if going down track.. hee..

we're planning to go track to know how it actually feels actually, or rather to get used to the diff type of riding style compared to our normal riding on SG roads.. cos we still have plenty to learn in order to join these types of events..

Alright guys.... I am sorry to tell you that I will not be getting my PGMIV anymore.

 

Reason being I will be competing in the 150cc class in the MSS. Which means that I will be concentrating my efforts on my competition bike which will most prob be the Mito SP525.

 

I will however still hang out with you guys on PG if you dont mind. The NSR250s can run on the 5lap challenge and if you guys dont mind, I will run with my 150. Training purposes for me basically. I still am a NSR250 lover but got to focus purely on the MSS.

 

I will help organise etc.....just give me a line on the grid to join you guys..ya?

bro, u getting a Mito for the MSS 150cc class? I think it's a 1-make Kawasaki KR150 race so you might wana check again.

There are 3 classes in MSS for 150cc..... the Kawa Cup, The RS Cup and the Bikerzmag 150 cup which is open to all makes..... so far 20bikes confirmed on the grid....run la bro.... we go as a team...you be the No1 rider for our team...
