if u're saying when u're shifting from neutral to gear 1, thats kinda normal if u're doing it above 1.5k rpm~ all bikes have that, CBR, Super4, etc.. so nt a problem to worry~ bt if its during riding, then its according to speed uh~

LACER! dun come disturb me lei.. LOL , i just brought PGM la got some problem.

doesn't have much exp on 2 stroke bike la ... >.

Ur PGM got simi probs?? if mechanical is the same regarding 2 stroke bikes unless you telling me PGM has got diff mechanical stuff. You got loud thug sound when downshift to gear 1? during riding or from neutral?. If from neutral sumtimes is due to in neutral the shifting is not accurate also can cause the sound de and no big issues. if during riding isit u downshift multiple times and in between the gears got a rattling sound den a loud thug sound??

now settle already ... send to hospital rebuild my cltuch housing , plate etc.
