U mean they don noe how to retrieve the information / records for ur case?

apparently that was the case.. they search the whole database but couldn't find any outstanding W.O.A against me.

 

till i prompted them to search by license plate number, then got result.:faint:

just got a call from TP warrant.

 

dropped the charges, compound fine of 200bucks per summon.

 

means i gotta pay 400!!! KAOZ!!!!

Dude! You are already very lucky! Maybe because they realised their blunder (Their own people also cannot find the case) And dropped the charge.

 

Best course of action - Quickly pay the $400 compound and close the case. Otherwise go to court 100% going to cost more than the $400! :lol:

congratulations on the good resolution for your situation. think the most important thing is no more hassle of going to court and the possibility of facing a much larger fine is now gone. 400 sgd does sound a lot on the surface, but as many have said, it is better than what the courts will probably charge you for.

 

very happy to hear that it is all going much better than many originally expected :)

got out of bail with a 2k bond.. court date set on 9th sept.. SIAN..

Buy 4D, 9909, nice date for this year. Maybe u can recover back ur $400 bucks.

i was thinking

since at AXS machine u can use ic to check if u got summons

 

tell them that u check AXS using ic number but nothing came out..

 

since TP also check using yr number but nothing came out too ??then can use it to fight
