WTS: Wrecked 2006 R6

Hi, My 2006 Yamaha R6 was recently wrecked I am not looking to sell it to a bike shop who deals in used (and wrecked) bikes.

 

Can someone recommend a bike shop that will pay a fair price for a wrecked 2006 R6. The engine & all mechanical parts are in excellent condition....just cosmetic damage after the wreck.

Swing by Stamford or Ntrust at AMK Autopoint 5th floor; I saw wrecked sportsbikes there before. The people there quite friendly.

wow the coe for this bike is so cheap $1.. guess the seller will not make much of a loss either.. lol.. but saw the part no low ball offer.. but the year is running low plus most buy r6 still for the short exhaust lol..

he might not be the 1st owner.

 

coe low also not much different.less than a thousand on average monthly.machine price is still the same.

 

yes,years are running low but its all up to the buyer budget.

everyone also want a newer ride.$ problem..

 

eg.if cannot afford a s4 spec3,get a spec 2/1/VS/Vr/Pb.

if spent 13-15k on a drz400,why not spent on a dr200 as the difference($) can have a good maintance of the bike for 10 solid yrs.

all depends on a budget and the buyer thinking.

Hi Guys, Thanks so much for the correction on the year of the bike...and the other details in this thread.

 

What do you think is a fair price for the bike? (The video shows most of the damage)

 

I have had absolutely no time to deal with the bike after the accident...and would really like to just get it to someone who will actually ride it.
