shadow ace & virago 400 help needed

hello everybody i m new here, i am not singaporian and i dont live in singapore,

 

but seeing that the bikes i have are in use in singapore i thought i'd ask for some advice:

 

1)i have(belongs to a friend) a shadow ace 400cc:needs a new paint job and some parts renewed, in running condition, i ride it a lot and its in decent condition, i would like to find a parts catalog and service manual for it, can anyone tell me where i can get them, i tried ebay and various US sites but they all have the 750 verson, the local Honda dealer refuses to help cos they only sell scooters.

 

2)i also have a virago 400cc(this one is mine), it needs restoration the previous owner dismantled it and just kept it lying around, i have the parts catalog for it, the local yamaha dealer had one in japanese(i cant read:pity:) and they gave me a copy, i also found an english version online at craigs virago page, i need the service/shop manual cos i need to do all the work myself i would like toknow where i can find the service manual for it.
