technically they can.

i was booked for riding on road shoulder on expressway even though i wasn't stopped. TP parked his bike along roadside & spotted my no. plate using his eagle-like eyes.

They dun even bother,if they wanna make a scene,they will "believe me" go all the way to get u , unless u like rossi go chiong corner then escape onli letting them see ur plate number,then i can see that you are safe...:angel:next time dun do it again horrrr.
