Need help if kr can used Aprilia RS125 inverted fork..??

can.

u want to use r1 fork also can.

i think aprilia fork is different design than normal.

one leg is spring, the other leg is oil or something like that.

make it hard to tune.

if you got the money, of cuz anything can happen..

no offences, since you are looking for cheaper means, r1 forks are definately way outta your budget..

bracket for brake calipers must be machined precisely for safety.. not just anyhow cut and tampa..

to fix a pair of Aprilia forks on your KR, there are a few things to note..

you needa get a pair of the forks.. (i reckon they are in the range of $400, try scrapyards)

then the triple clamps.. (may comes with the forks, scrapyards too)

but the triple clamps might not fit your bike.. (custom make, abt $500??)

then the fork leg may not fit your rims (wheel spacers?? abt $100)

my estimate cost is abt $1.5k for a custom fork setup..

then again, you might mess up the whole geometry of your bike

bike become more heavy obviously.. and your $1.5k might not be worth any cent when you sell your bike or sell it to other KR users..

why wanna change? unless you talking abt customising and bring it to competition..

else i suggest use the money for Class 2A and save up for a RVF with a inverted fork or even a Class 2 bike with inverted fork..

yah.. how much is your budget?

i've put cagiva mito forks and brakes on my sp and it's really worth it.

more steady, stable, firm, responsive, quicker entering to corners, better braking, less prone to lock, ect2.

the total cost is nothing like what biting_point projected.

its not really expensive.

i got my own lobang.. hehe

i think i spend way less than $300

anyways last tym a bike shop in ubi offered me $200 for a complete aprilia front end.

i tot u n ur fren want to do a big makeover project?

how much your budget?

diff ppl got diff wants.

for me 2b two stroke bikes are fast enough for singapore.

they're also easy and cheap to mantain and repair.

though for sp, the brakes and suspension are quite budget, and can be improved.

dats why i changed them.

i only upgrade bike due to work.
