Some Help For Kawasaki KR 150

Hey, i recently bought a second-hand kawasaki kr(ft plate).. There seems to be few problems with it. The rpm takes awhile to come down like 4-5 sec to fully come down

Anyone knows how to deal with this problem?

And does anyone know of any shops sellings second hand suspension for kr?

My suspension is apparently too soft

Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks
