Hi all...would like to know more abt this job? any cert required? body must die2 in good shape? or must learn abt the human body n muscles?

u need a CPR before u can start anything other cert... after tt will be BEC and FIC ( sportcoucil) . or u can go or international personal training cert.

check out california fitness trainers, man..

 

they come with a one-family pack at the tummy and double-chin men instructing MILFs trying to perform lunges or some staircase routine. Not all of em like that though.. Say about 60% of the trainers are fat boys with no idea on how to do a proper standing barbell row.

 

About certification - usually these trainers take some online course and stack it up with an online quiz for a passable certificate.
