Hi guys no age limit 18 and above la. Well is now in the forming up a new team phrase. Trainning or more like small games between each other should be on Fri evening and Sat ( depends on the majority ) Sun morning will either be game or just between us. Location will be located where it is accessible to all.

Cut down slowly, gradually from M@lb*R* RED to Lights to Ultra Lights.

 

Then on top of that, join in the trainings and games, you will definitely gain back your fitness and stamina.

 

Don't forget you need both of them for your NS...

34-years old uncle here. Central defender/Right-back. Last played soccer a few years back. Since then, can't managed to get enough friends and find a venue together to play a game.

 

If required, feel free to PM me. Will try to make it if I can (Sorry, I am not being "dao" here. Cos I got family commitments, so got to look after my family commitments too. Also, having some boxing lessons twice a week on weekday evenings after work.).

 

Actually if we cannot form a soccer team, we can always get together to have a friendly game of 7-a-side amongst ourselves... Good way to maintain our fitness, slim down, build up our stamina, etc...

 

Just that finding a proper field to play for free and yet not violating any regulations may be a problem.

Yes, I played soccer.

 

During my NS days in MINDEF, I used to play as a CB or a RB or a goalie, when none of them wants to be a goalie.

 

Then during my working days in the laboratory about 6 -7 years back, my friends and I used to play at the NUS field.

 

When the guards started chasing us off the field, citing the reasaon that we are not students there, then we gave up playing and I have not kicked a ball for quite some time.
