okay guys .. need some help over here...

My cbr400 rear starts to get rather soft .. all turnings have been made and still soft..

So i wish to service my rear suspension ...

intending to pull it to bike lab...

So anyone here..

ever been to bike lab and service their rear b4 ??

how the service like ??

they change the rear spring ????

Anyone did it b4 on their cbr 400 , kindly reply ur post here...

Bikelab quoted me pretty high prices IMHO to rebuild the suspensions of my CBR400. But it is always better to go there and let them look at the suspension and give you a quote. You probably need to recharge the shock and replace the spring. At the same time you should do your front as well. Good suspension will make your bike much better in handling.

i have rebuild my suspension at teck thye not long ago it reali make ur bike in better handling n corner .as for e price u have to go down check it out as diff ppl got diff requirment for thier suspension.

You should also check out HyperPro and Race Tech springs. HyperPro springs are fully progessive and works for all rider weights, whereas Race Tech springs are more weight-specific.

Start by a simple test of your current suspension settings. You can measure the sag/resting height etc of your suspension by using nothing more complex than a couple of pieces of coloured adhesive tape and a measuring tape.
