Well, if you actually use that part of the tyre, on ANY tyre in the wet, you'd probably crash anyway, unless you're using full wet race tyres.

The Diablo Rosso is similar to the Avon Vipersport I used previously. The 1inch of no-thread at the edges gives better grip at maximum lean angles - In the dry.

Hi neo, sorry, forget to add that I have tried bt-014 4 sets already.Would like to try other model.Any to reccomend?

If you want similar performance, mileage and something that looks cooler, try Avon Vipersport (not Viper Supersport).

These two look exactly the same, but the Supersport has a softer compound, and doesn't work as well in the wet.

i'm on BT014s as stock now.. i find that it wears pretty fast. its flattening on the centre. i dunno whether its because of the wear or whether its cos its warped.

hi guys.. i'm riding Yamaha RX-Z 135 now.. any tyres between these range is good for my Z bike? i'm looking for handling, grip and long lasting (durability).. it's best if it's thick but least affect the pick-up/speed.. not for track/racing purpose but for the best riding experience.. any help? thanks

DUNLOP, BRIDGESTONE, METZELER, MICHELIN, PIRELLI OR SHINKO?

for durability, get the dunlop thailand made ones. Cheap and can last but do not expect the grip to compare with japan tires

u can try using bridgestone battalax series tyres also. BT39

Many 2B sportsbikes use BT39. Can get about $160 a pair.

But i do not use the stock 2B tyre configuration  :thumb:

the last time i used conti sport attack, the wet performance is not so good...

any bros here knows anything about the contil sports attack?is it good?

Very good, have 2 pairs of it before I sold my bike. I liked the thread design. Used to be $300 per pair after price went up then go back to sportec M1....

You got to compromise...No tires can have very good both wet and dry performance. Good dry performance need more footprint thus less thread on the side...

Good wet performance needed more thread water grooves that channel water out to prevent aqua plating...

Not to mention compound differences
