wow fz8 looks like pretty torquey and powerful! i was only able to smell its smoke from behind around 200km/hr sia! :angel:

my usual top speed with panniers is around 200km/hr... :)

on top of that, last night it's pretty hazy too... o_O

no worries, i'm pretty sure there will be a next time... cheers! :D

bro...how come ur bike the pipe looks like an fz1?! and i noticed that your bracket can fit 3 boxes. mind letting me know where u got them and wats e damage?

it IS fz1... and that is stock pipe... :)

 

yes the bracket can fit 3 boxes, 2 side panniers & a top box...

they are sw-motech racks from biketech but with h&b boxes, damages for the full rack inclusive of base plate & security lock blah blah blah is around $750...

2007 - Piaggio X8 200cc

2008 - Suzuki GSR 400cc

2009 - Piaggio X9 200cc, Yamaha R6 08, Piaggio MP3 400cc

2010 - Ducati 696, Bajaj Pulsa Ver. 200, Yamaha Fazer 8, Honda VFR 1200

no exactly bro... usually oil filter can be changed every other EO change...

meaning if u change EO every 5k km, u can change ur oil filter every 10k km...

but, if u go to some bike shops that have promotion packages that include EO + oil filter, jus change lo...

Well its to individual preference, my owner's manual state that oil filter can last for 10,000km. Some just prefer to have it changed every servicing, so long its not clog/damage that would be fine.

 

If your bike still new maybe you can change it every 5000km, cause of the metal shaving incur during break IN. Until some point you can follow manufacturer prescription of 10,000km. (*any other suggestion)

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

agree too!

for me, i'll change it whenever i change EO...

cus, how much is one oil filter only? a little buck only... :)

 

so far, i changed my oil filter at 20+ km when i finished my hard run-in, 1k km when changing from semi to fully sync & at 5k EO change...

this sat i going for my 10k km EO change, exactly 3 mths old of my bike... :)
