alrite ppl! i've just put a deposit for my BF end-can just now, getting it fixed as soon as my pay come in this mon, just wondering, as this is my 1st time changing end can, how does da inspection goes? and how much will da inspection cost??

btw fellow S4 riders, my headlights went off while i was riding halfway, it was flicking before it blackout so i think it was not blown off as in fused.

my bike vibrate to much and it juz blackout.

 

everytime i start my bike, my ignition switch get stuck (my headlight went dead) and i need to pull abit back to get my headlights on again.

anyone got a similar experience?

a similar thing happened to me 2 days ago. my headlight just went off. no blown fuse or anything. Found that is was a loose connection at the right side assembly (where the ignition and the hazard lights are) .

 

try to move the wire until you see your headlight come back on. then use a cable tie to hold it in place. Go to a bike shop and replace that piece. or you can contact rabbit to do it for you.

When touring, its usually the rider that give way first before the bike itself.

If u thinking of replacing the right side assembly..it will cost u around $120...i enquire before...normally i will just spray WD40 at the kill switch and ignition switch and ok already....but need to keep doing it every 3 months....

I go home alone park at multi storey quiet quiet then take the lift very scary man....cos i think of the places we go just now :sian::cry::faint::shy:

kaoz! fixed everything...

ya my starter switch spoiled...

in the end changed starter switch, battery, coil & rectifier. total $650....pocket burn sia!

 

bboyred - no probs, enjoy the ride! btw the inspection very fast one, less then 5mins? but the cert gonna wait awhile like 10-20mins to process. when u get ur bike, just to STA at Buona Vista nearest for inspection.

 

outspoken - wah next outing gonna come liao! lets see my schedule first!

Greetings from Saigon !!! Motorbiking here is crazy. Using a Yamaha nuvuo to ride around town. Extreme madness . Hope you all had a good trip last friday

Bro,...if u read the previous post..the ans is all there....main distributor is Equipment Extreme...while other shop like Republic Motor (East),Aunty (Central),HKL(West) can also get for you.Best u check out the price at EE website for reference.
