SBS brakes from LAB loh....

 

that was where i bumped into Wildcard the last time...he was also changing his brake pads then...

price around $18 a pair...

last time i bought from ah boy's wife, she sold me $13, but i went second times can't get this price from her liao, may be first she tio toto that time...

 

ferodo not bad, i went track also using ferodo pad.... :cheeky:

 

ferodo got TLR pad, because last time when wildcard's goldfren causing problem, ah beng took out ferodo and show him the correct size and tolerence...

got.im using ferodo pl at the rear.they run out of front brake pads for us some time back.now i duno le

if I am not wrong, TL and Busa got same pads.

 

Today, I just lightened my wallet...

changed rear 180/55 Bridgestone BT014...ouch.. spent $195 + $20 for balancing.

Found out rear pads also gone...so that was another $20 into the black hole of biking.

Hey anybody thought of bring their rims to get them chromed??

 

I saw in one of the old posts here that chroming is rather cheap manz....haha... thought of doing so...

 

the look of chromed rims also damn power manz...WooOOooOoo :lovestruck:

Hmm...but i thought chroming goes by kg .....and its really quite cheap it seems....dammit...let me find the thread in here...

i thinking of doing anodising not chroming.

I think chroming alloy is not so easy... but definitely damn chio.

Anodising is another way to go... but don't think they have "chrome" blink blink effect.

Interesting thred to follow...

I am also interested to chrome the wheelset... keep me posted guys.

true.indeed u are right.it is harder to do ALLOY electroplating or anodising.

 

however i am likely to do hard anodising for my brake caliper.hope it comes out well.

any one wanna do block off plate??my bike is doing some maintaience so im doing it anyway. just wanna see anyone needs it too.
