I think Zeus box come with the cushion but i not 100% sure. As for just buying the cushion, u can try calling Lim Ah Boy if they have.

I did mine recently at a saddlery shop few shop before eugene saddlery @ $24. Waited only for an hour for it, while eugene side needed a week to do it due to its high volume of customers. If u can wait then no issue, but remember to bring along a cut out plywood, the size of backrest u needed.
