ya Bro, My ST 01/2001, I bought in jun2002 for 13500/- only , one owner, mileage 36000km.

Think u should consider getting from owner direct, u get from bike shop, easily few k more expensive.

Never rush to buy car or bike, presently a few of

ST are up for sale, check the sgstoc.org to find out and contact the owner direct. u will save a few k.

Yo Red,

Personally, i feel that otr 18k is very expensive ...

The brand new 1 or the very last 1 was bought by Jerry

not sure but i think is 21k or 22k

Just imagine i push mine into the bike shop ... they are only taking about 10k

mine is 12/2000 registered.

I feel can u can bargain regarding the price... dont rush...

Next thing is ... try to get hold of the no.plate... we might know the previous owner.

Dont rush, dont rush , dont rush

Thanks PearlST and BensonLoo...

I managed to get more info abt the bike..

its a FW plate TP model ST1100PY registered in 2003/05. Bike production is 2003. Mileage is 42800Km. To me, appearance is perfect for a used bike. Latest offer is $17.8 OTR + usual servicing (engine oil & filter, shaft oil, plugs, brake pads, battery check/charge, etc). No repair needed except road tax expire next month. The owner has sold the bike to a bike shop. Bo pien, I can only buy from bike shop if I get this unit. Any comments?

I wasn't aware there is brand new ST left over from 2003 production.

HSP_89 sure is a cool guy with a cool bike. Any luck in your 4D, bro?

I benefitted from help and advise from this forum. Maybe you can provide the registration number and someone from this forum know the previous owner and might be able to help. For all you know everyone here will strike 4D.

Bor Reds, the price is high, but is all up to u, if u realy must get the white TP model, then pay for it.

But if u r looking for any colour, non-TP type, then the condition, price is the main condition.

for later, u can get it at least a few k lesser.

BensonLoo,

Ya, its a matter of value for money. Paying a little more is fine so long it has value. Just like we are willing to pay abit more for good workmanship.

Thanks, Bro...

I am using something call CarPlan Triplewax. It's a free gift when I bought my carwash. The shine is good but doesn't really last.

You might want to check out this link.

I top up my fuel tank of 21 litres (when fuel light came on) the day before Carb Syn done by Simon Soh on Saturday, 5th November. Manage to run 400.7km when light came on today. This is about 20km more!!!!!!!!
