Hi fellow riders! Im here again!! I just bought my CBR1000RR '04. But i need some guidance from u all again. SORRY!!

 

1) Will the bike auto switch to reserve tank once the main tank is finish?

2) How much isit full tank(both including and excluding reserve) for this model?

3) How much is the standard fuel consumption?

4) What is the normal bike temperature for this model?

5) Can i install a fuel gauge on this model?

6) Im using yoshi slip-on but e sound is not very solid and loud, any idea how can i make e sound more solid?

 

Please help with this noob!!

Hi bro! I'm riding same model as yours! Only differ by yr. (2007 model). Bike temp varies from 75 to 78 degrees when on the move! Radiator fan will cut in at 98 degree.Try removing your Yoshi slip on exhaust silencer for more bassy sound and more torque power! It works for my bike! Fuel comsumption i seldom keep track cause i mainly use the bike for touring...!(malaysia petrol affordable) he he he...! as i use my super 4 for daily riding. Try not to keep the petrol to reserve for so long as it may damaged your fuel pump filter due to dry running! Enjoy the power of the beast........ Ups fpr all CBR1000RR Riders!
