Just got myself a fazer 1000 abs.. LOL.. just went bukit merah and talk to the salesman.. then he recommended me the bike then i downpayment liao.. kns..

i'd rather go to GP Esso and talk to bikers.. for more info, rather than seek info from salesman.

wednesday... STowners at LC food court.

friday.. moto-v, kruzers

and there are many more... Team 27, Storm Riders where you can see various kind of tourers.. and even u can sit and feel (if lucky can test ride in GP Esso)

 

Fazer 1 is very good bike.. enjoy touring bro.

i noticed k7-k9 all the liter gsxr all use 4-2-2 exhaust systems

is a 4-2-1 system illegal ?

and honestly what the difference ?

the single exhaust system generates more hp compared to double exhaust

any idea why ?

for me i just think the 4-2-1 system looks cooler, not familiar with why aftermarket exhaust can generate more hp much less why a 4-2-1 system generates more hp than a 4-2-2 one. Anyone can enlighten me ?

I have always known that single exhaust generate more hp than double but i am not sure why.. There must be reason why suzuki makes it that way. Usually hp is determined by how smooth your air flow is from you pipe.. Maybe that is why you see haya turbo exhaust is very short...

But ive wondered cause liter bikes are supposed to be replicas of what is used in moto gp no ?

o.O in moto gp the liter bike never use 4-2-2 :/ cant seem to think why they would do that for commercial line :/

and i've never seen a liter gsxr in sg with a 4-2-1...however got people do this in other countries ... is it illegal to do so in sg ?

all ive seen is people add slip ons and leave two pipes on it

haha im gonna get my class 2 soon so just doing some reading about liter bikes

wanna buy the correct brand/model lah

reason is 4-2-2 exhaust system produce more hp/torque at lower n mid range rpm but 4-2-1 is able to produce more hp at top range rpm.

tat's the pro n con, most of the time u be riding at low n mid rpm.

I don't think it will be illegal as long as you buy it from respective shops.. Like some 4-2-1 which is high.. that is not legal.. If you could get an akrapovic full system for k9 then it would be good la.. as i have asked Work perfomance before.. Nowadays most bike only come with mid and slip on.. the front end is illegal.. but TP won't know its there as they never see it.. all they see is just the slip on which is legal.. the rest of exhaust brand have full system though

If you like a single exhaust it is best you take K5-K6 as it is built with one only.. K7 has two.. if fall on either side also jia lat.. LOL..
