There's only 2 kind of squishy sound for me..

1) the lever are not getting lubricated.

2) under slightly heavy brake, the squishy sound of the front suspension.

Anything other than these audible sound, the sound might suggest you might have air in your brake lines...

Ramen, can share weather situation? Like to know if there were any floods or heavy rain in southern thai, Hat Yai and north malaysia, highway...etc?:)

Hot and humid throughout the journey.

Thanks for the info ramen!

At.xrv - grease your lever and master cylinder piston area see if it helps. This bike is known to be grease-free, at least at the rear wheel axle:(

Well the sound its making can be heard clearly upon pressing the brake lever. ( while moving )... the squishy sound is definitely coming from the hydraulic thingy... If u guys dun hear that sound, that means something is wrong with my bike man. Its not normal for it to be sounded.

Im not sure how to explain it but when my Africa Twin had the same exact sound/problem I went to service the master pump and everything was back to normal.

So, i dono, since its a new bike i choose to believe that nothing is wrong with ite..hahaha ( being indenial )

Is sound something like "squueeeeeee" when u press the brakes? The sound come from the the caliper side.

If that's what u hear, it's normal. All yamaha bikes have it. Just like my previous bike as well.

For RAM stuffs, I like to order from http://www.gpscity.com.

Awesome website. Lots of reviews, information and pictures. RAM stuffs prices are so much cheaper than whats being sold here. Not to mention their customer service. Top notch as well. I know because I had a chance to try their customer service but that's another story. They ship direct to Singapore as well.

GPS havent try yet but prices looks competitive.

been to JK and bought the RAM power supply + holder for de GPS....only reason for paying the overprice is due to a ride coming hence the urgency of getting the item & not cost-saving.

Actually, Im having some doubts on my brakes too.

When I depress the front brakes, I can somehow feel the rear brake pedal being jolted abit.

Happened alot of times, but only recently, which I wonder why..

Air bubble in braking system? Or is it because of the Unified Braking System? Or just me?

If u press the front brake, both front & rear brake will work as it part of the unified brake system. If u dun want both brake then tap on the rear brake pedal b4 u pull in the front brake lever.it will cancel off the unified brake system.

Nothing wrong with ur brake.....bro.

That's how it works on the S10.lolx
