If my second rider spoil the bike.. how can i make him pay?

There is nothing you can do, except to suck thumb. As long as the bike is under your name, it's your responsibility.

 

Treat this is a lesson, and have no more dealings with that second rider.

Either way, there is no recourse legally. Basically it's COI / share bike at your own risk.

he coi my bike.. den after a mth it jam.. so whose fault?

 

the bike shop sae the piston is chiong wan.. but i gt no idea..

means ur bike u add subrider n let him COI? then he spoil ur bike right? then he shld pay u what. be it piston chiong anot when during settlement/agreement u shld tell him the truth abt ur bike also ma.. but if the piston is chiong becos he change he pay.. if not u both spilt half half loh..

COI means that bike will be hishers after the installment's finish ..

anyway .. if it spoilt under his/her charge ...

shouldnt have any of ur business ..

cos not u ridding the bike rite ?

but come to it .. still gotta work it out between urself ..

nobody knows wat's the agreement between u guys when the COI agreement's made ...

Why add second rider for him in the first place if you know he is those irresponsible kind? Your friend? Share costs la..If not..I suggest strikin his name off and get a new piston/block..Ask back for the key also..If he still ride the bike..Then can report stolen..Can get his licence revoked..Ahaha..

I agree!! I agree!!Change the block n piston then cancel his name regardless he pay the installment or not.. Tell him striaght to the face!! UR NAME OUT!!! unless he 1 2 bear all cost!! not much ard $500...

knn cannot charge or sue him.. if not.. haha
