litle help for new xjr owner plz

hi all i just buy yamaha xjr 1300 2004 and i have litle prob each time i removed the battery to recharge it i lose my rpm and kilometer and the fuel signe and the clock

first time i take it to the garage and he do reset for the bike but i dont know how

and now it happen again i remove the battery and it happen for the second time but the garage owner is he travel to thailand to work there

any one know how to do it
