Feel like buying a D40 too. is it good?

D40 is a good DSLR for beginner like me.hehehe.

 

At Cathay Photo, they selling the camera at $998.

 

I asked another camera shop, I think he thought I'm a foreigner. When I asked, he said he dropped the price to $1200. Very cheap already... *Faint*. Same product & accessories but different price by $202.

since i decided on a D40, den gd for u.. shoot more post more.. i believe u shd know photography forum ClubSnap.. u learn more at there too.. happy shooting..

 

its a gd ting dat u hav cek ard for price.. cek on those well known photg shop.. their price are better den most shop out there dat "chop" ppl..

Yeah. I wonder where too. In Hong Kong, a lot of camera equipment and accessories are so cheap :lovestruck:

 

I got a spare battery and that MB-200 thing for my D200. There's still more to come......

I forgot to add. Here're pics from my wedding and stuff. Most of the pics are taken with my Nikon D2H with the 24-120mm lense and SB-800 speed light. For the ceremony, outing and reception, my paid professional photographer was using a Canon 350D with some Sigma lenses.

time flies man!

it was 2 years ago when we taking the night view at shear bridge! now with the IR construction, we can't have the same view anymore.

may be we should organise SBF photo shooting again.

let's see how many photographer still active in this forum.

if got 4~5 people we arrange for shooting outing.

We can shoot heritage area (chinatown, arab street area, east coast road area...) or shoot motorcross at tuas if there's a race day on or shoot night view at city area with christmas lighting (bring your wife or GF as model also can).

 

anyone? list down your name, then I plan the date.
