Using Metzeler Sportec M3 (190). Fitted 15.09.2007. Lasted me for 9000km. Changing again to Metzeler Sportec M3 this comming Saturday at I-Motoring.

Very good tyres, made for Hayabusa, I wouldn't change to any other brand/type. Tried before 2CT, I regreted it. Nothing wrong with the tyres in fact very good tyres but NOT suitable for Hayabusas.

bro

can i suggest u to use pilot road 2.

same enjoyment from 2ct and lasting and near of equivalent of M3

Price check

Option 2:

1. Use ur current Galfer lines $0:)

2. Bleed till the whole system is cleared of bubbles.$0-$20 :thumb:

3. Use EBC HH brake pads.$120^

4. Change ur brake master cylinder pump to Brembo.$450 ^ :(

5. Convert ur front end to radial mount calipers $ 1300:eek:

ebc brake pads so cheap only meh? i check with bikeworkz, its $85 a pair. HKL also at least $75... $120 for 2 pairs is damn cheap~! where to get? ebay? if really so cheap then i dun need to wait until july already.... hehehe...

I think i will be contended with Number 1,2,3 and 4 :D

Anyway, i've been braking harder recently to try and quickly finish my front brake pads... can't wait to change....

cheeze.......u got it already...

I call up today to Looi's..........still waiting without any date release

After riding 7yrs of Busa.....nvr being LFC b4:cheeky:

Guess u in the same boat as me.... cant wait to get my hands on the busa and join u guys....... anyways, Intro... Kumar here.

A very detailed explanation on tyres here... Something that I need and have been wondering bout when getting the busa. Cos the busa have been a known tyre eater for most. And i know that too... Infact that was one of the main reasons I have been put off in getting a Busa all these yrs.. But the recent reviews on the 08 Busa from several mags ard the world makes it simply irresistible not to own a 08 Busa... So what the heck man... I Booked it. I am mostly into touring. So guess have to look for the appropriate tyre. Hope to meet u guys soon!

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Wow! Impressed with your research. Truly appreciated but regretfully I've make up my mind. I will stick to German technology, Metzeler for my bike and Continental for my car.

Once again thank you very much for you advise which is highly appreciated.

i can tell u stock brake pads takes forever to wear out. so i would suggest u dump them and chage to a better brake pad before anything happens.. :giddy:
